Gordon’s principals, estimators, project managers, and superintendents have spent their entire careers in the construction industry, overseeing both the design and construction phases of diverse projects. We understand that while predevelopment and preconstruction phases are crucial to whether or when a project begins, the construction phase still represents up to 75% of the facility’s total cost.
